There are several factors to select qualified inputs as below:

Processing, packaging and storing the fresh produce by using advanced preservation methods or technologies

1. Spray system: imported from Spain, it’s used to make the biofilm layer which covers the fruit to preserve them to keep fresh up to 30 days and also protect them from damage during the delivery.

2. Ethylene sachets: used to reduce the level of ethylene and other volatiles very effectively and without the risk of contaminating fresh produce with its active ingredient.

3. Ethylene machines: wide range of maximum-efficiency machines designed to filter the air in cold storage room using modules with high-capacity granules.

4. M.A.P bags: Packaging fresh produce in a MAP bag can increase the shelf life of fresh produce and reduce weight loss.

After all, we have to store all products in the cool warehouse with the right temperature.
